By accessing and using Adesina ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on Adesina for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the Platform
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials

3. Subscription Terms

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

To protect user accounts from fraud and abuse, we may use automated security measures such as Google reCAPTCHA on our authentication and related forms. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

5. Content Ownership

All content on Adesina, including videos, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Adesina or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Adesina or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Adesina.

7. Changes to Terms

Adesina may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this Platform, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
